What is Qitafy and how does it work?
Qitafy is a unified loyalty platform that lets you earn reward points every time you spend at any of our partner businesses — including restaurants, cafés, salons, gyms, clinics, automotive centers, hotels, and more. Simply open the Qitafy app, show your QR code at checkout, and points are added to your account automatically based on how much you spent.
How do I earn points?
Visit any Qitafy partner location and present your in-app QR code to the cashier before or after payment. Points are calculated based on the amount you spend, and the earn rate may vary from one partner to another as set by their Qitafy program. Your points are credited to your wallet instantly.
How much is each point worth?
Every Qitafy point is worth exactly 1 Qatari Riyal (QR) when redeemed. So if you have 150 points in your wallet, you can use them to get up to 150 QR off your next purchase at any partner location.
Where can I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points at any Qitafy partner location — not just the ones where you originally earned them. Points earned at a café can be redeemed at a salon, a gym, a restaurant, or anywhere else in the network. You choose how many points to use, and the discount is applied directly to your bill.
Do my points expire?
No. Your Qitafy points do not expire. You can accumulate them over time at your own pace and redeem them whenever you're ready — no pressure, no deadlines
Is the Qitafy app free to download and use?
Yes, the Qitafy app is completely free for customers. There are no subscription fees, no hidden charges, and no minimum spend required to start earning points. Simply download, sign up, and start earning.
Can I use Qitafy if I don't have a smartphone?
