Before Qitafy, loyalty in Qatar was fragmented. Customers juggled a different stamp card or points app for every café, salon, gym, or clinic they visited — most of which they forgot, lost, or ignored. Businesses, on the other hand, struggled to retain customers without the tools or budget to build their own programs. We saw a gap and decided to close it. Qitafy is a unified loyalty ecosystem that connects customers and businesses on one seamless platform, making every purchase meaningful, every visit rewarded, and every point count.

Redeem anywhere Points earned across the entire network can be redeemed at any Qitafy partner location. Every point equals 1 QR — giving customers real, tangible value.
